This website does not track you

We set no cookies. We load no scripts from Google, Meta or anyone else. The fonts are served from our own server, so not even they pass anything on. That is why there is no cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.

That is unusual. Most clinic websites load tracking from three or four companies before you have read the first sentence. We chose not to, and especially here: the fact that you are looking at a particular treatment page can say something about your health, and that should not leave us.

The only thing we count

We count how many people press Book, Call and the email link. The count works by your browser sending an empty signal to an address on our own domain. No identifier is attached, nothing is stored in your browser, and the signal does not include which treatment page you were on.

So we can see that ten people pressed Call last week. We cannot see who they were or what they were interested in.

Booking takes you off this site

Booking is handled by Valei, an external booking system. When you press Book you leave our website, and Valei's own terms and tools apply there. That includes visitor statistics we do not control. We therefore cannot promise that the whole booking journey is tracking-free, only the part that is ours.

Please do not write about your health by email or WhatsApp

Ordinary email and chat messages are not built for sensitive information. If you need to tell us something about your skin, your health or your medication, bring it up with us in person or by phone. It is safer for you, and it is also where we can answer properly.

What this page does not cover

The text above concerns the website. How the clinic handles bookings, treatment records and patient information as a care provider is a separate matter, and one we answer best directly. Call us or ask when you visit.
