We offer two effective methods of tattoo removal. Laser treatment uses intense pulses of light to break down the ink particles, which the body then absorbs naturally – best for larger tattoos and dark colours. Phiremoval is a newer technique that mechanically lifts the ink out of the skin – perfect for permanent make-up and smaller tattoos, as well as the colours that laser struggles with (yellow, white, turquoise). We treat tattoos of every colour, size and type.

How many treatments are needed?

It depends on the size, colours and age of the tattoo, and on how deep the ink sits. Most tattoos need 6-12 laser treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart. Phiremoval can sometimes give results more quickly.
Does it hurt?

Laser treatment is often described as feeling like an elastic band snapping against the skin. We can use a numbing cream to keep any discomfort to a minimum. Phiremoval always requires anaesthetic and feels much like having the tattoo done.
Can every tattoo be removed completely?

Most tattoos can be removed completely or almost completely. Black and dark blue inks fade most easily. Green, turquoise and neon colours can be more stubborn, but can often be lightened considerably.
What is the difference between laser and Phiremoval?

Laser breaks the ink down from within and the body absorbs it over time. Phiremoval lifts the ink out through the skin. Phiremoval can be the better choice for permanent make-up and light colours, while laser is often quicker for larger tattoos.
